5 Science-Backed Ways High-Performance Culture Creates Champions – and Increases Profit:
My coaching isn’t off-the-shelf. It’s built for the real, high-stakes challenges your leadership team is facing every day.
It’s engineered for the real, high-stakes challenges your leadership team faces every day. Think Olympiatoppen-style mental training for elite athletes, applied to your boardroom.
1. Leaders With a Coach Hit Targets 50% More Often
Every elite leader and athlete has a mindset coach.
I’ll guide you into championship-level form. Helping you to spot blind spots, fix unproductive patterns, sharpen split-second decisions and build the habits and priorities that drive success.
So you consistently perform at your best under pressure and while scaling at speed.
I’ll even help you reclaim your time. My leaders gain 1–4 hours a day while delivering high-impact results, like securing a 400 million NOK grant.
Leaders who work with an executive coach are up to 50% more likely to hit their performance goals (Harvard Business Review)
2. Build a Magnetic Culture That Attracts and Retains Top Talent
High-performance teams don’t just happen over night, they’re cultivated.
Create a culture where trust, psychological safety, and purpose are non-negotiable. Where self-leadership thrives, deadlines are hit with precision, and every team member feels valued and unstoppable.
Replacing an employee can cost 50-60% of their annual salary (Society for Human Resource Management).
Organisations with higher employee engagement see 41% lower absenteeism and 59% lower turnover (Gallup research).
56% of Millennials consider employer commitment to development opportunities when choosing a job (PwC).
Think of your culture as your team’s training ground: strong mental habits + clear expectations = a squad that consistently performs under pressure.
3. Elevate Your Company’s Self-Leadership
The no. #1 complaint I hear from leaders? Team members spending too much time on tasks and projects (usually engineers)!
I’ll help your leaders guide their teams to better results. And no, this isn’t about hustling harder.
We’ll uncover the root challenges holding your team back and build the skills to increase ownership, sharpen execution, make smarter decisions, and scale efficiently. Even in the most chaotic situations.
Highly engaged teams see 21% greater profitability (Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace report).
Employee performance can jump 11-30+% after effective mindset interventions (performance psychology research)
4. Stop Mental Health Costs from Eating Into Profits
Ignoring mental wellbeing is like ignoring injury prevention in athletes, it costs your team and your bottom line.
If you think your leaders or employees are “fine,” consider this:
85% aren’t open with their direct manager about mental health challenges (Startup Snapshot).
You wouldn’t expect an elite athlete to win Olympic gold after training in survival mode for 3–4 years, so why expect your leaders to perform at their best under the same conditions?
Give your leaders the skills, tools and support to thrive under pressure, and they’ll pass those insights and habits on to their teams, creating a high-performance culture that scales.
According to a Deloitte (2024) survey, poor mental health costs UK employers approximately £51 billion annually
In the finance and insurance sector, poor mental health costs an average of £5,379 per employee per year
The Mental Health Foundation found that 61% of UK employees who left a job in the last year or are planning to leave their current role in the next 12 months cited poor mental health as a factor for leaving.
Employees typically take 19.6 days a year off to deal with these mental illnesses.
5. The ROI of Mindset and Wellbeing Programs
One study found that for every $1 invested in employee wellness programs, companies see a $3.27 reduction in medical costs and a $2.73 drop in absenteeism (Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine).
Another discovered every £1 spent on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce, employers get (on average) about £4.70 back in increased productivity (Deloitte, 2024).

Team Success Stories
“Adelaide has done wonders for our team and I highly recommend her. Now when I walk in the office, I hear more talking and laughter. The atmosphere is lighter, positive and joyful. They’re still doing their work, but with greater enthusiasm and enjoyment. It’s really great to see. We are continuing to work with Adelaide.”
“Adelaide has been my performance coach for years and I wanted my team to all be in the same positive mindset!
We learned so many new things about teamwork, positive thinking, how our language shapes our mind, what drives our behaviour and about our mindset.
The feedback was absolutely amazing. They applied it in their daily work - and still do. Thank you so much for enabling this transformation for us. I hope many more teams can do it too.”
“Adelaide has been a blessing to our paraclimbing athlete team. Many of our athletes have reported an increased awareness in competitions, calmer nerves and improved performance. And they have said they could not have performed as well without her. I agree.”

Do You Think You Can DIY Your Company To Stop Wasting Time And Increase Your Profit?
One CEO thought she could.
She was terrified of risking her reputation on something as “unconventional” as performance coaching.
IF it failed, her life would turn into a boardroom horror show. Standing there, facing the board, looking foolish, after spending thousands on coaching, with no improvement in culture, communication, or results. Her stomach dropped just imagining it.
She couldn’t see past her fear… even though I had just successfully piloted my program with one of her teams. The results were undeniable: clear wins, energy restored, deadlines met, productivity up. The team was thriving.
So, instead of rolling out my program company-wide (at the time, it was a modest investment of 50,000 NOK / ~£4,500), she made a ‘safer’ bet.
Something that looked good. Something that she believed wouldn’t risk her reputation.
She bought a massage chair for one office (they had three in different cities).
Yup. A massage chair.
The goal? Make people excited to show up to an empty office.
Fast forward five years, and here’s the punchline:
In September, 2025 they made the final payment on that leased massage chair. No one ever used it. Five years. 3,000 NOK/month. 180,000 NOK (~£18,000).
Did the chair change a single thing? Nope.
Did anything else happen? Irony striked. The CEO couldn’t turn the company around and left shortly after.
Meanwhile, that team I’d been coaching thrived. The board noticed. The team lead I’d worked with 1:1? Invited to step into the CEO throne.
Now the longest-standing CEO in the company’s history. First one to deliver consecutive profitable months.
And now? They want to hire me again. I can’t wait.
This story perfectly shows why small companies often spend on perks instead of people:
They don’t want to “lose face.” So they invest in things that look like they work… but don’t actually move the needle. And, ironically, the very reputation they were trying to protect, starts to tarnish..
Julebord dinners. Sauna evenings. Ski trips. Spa days. Token wellbeing programs. Fancy apps. Fashionable AI bots.
Alone? They do nothing for profit margins, reduced hours, team culture, skill development, or real performance.
They just look like they do something.
I’ve coached over 500 driven professionals and five global teams to real results.
I’m piloting a new program right now: if we don’t hit your time goals, you don’t pay. No risk. Just results.
