So I stopped giving talks, and started delivering one powerful workshop.
I designed a workshop that went completely against the outdated “hustle harder,” and “if you’ve lost motivation, you’re lazy” rhetoric.
Instead, I focused on helping people get clear on how they want to show up at work, and take ownership of making it a reality. Rather than just inspiring and motivating them.

After working with over 500 executives, pro athletes, teams, and ambitious professionals, I realised something: there are only three things you need to know to excel in your role.
It’s been ten years since I fully recovered from years of being bedridden with severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, in just three days, by rewiring my brain.
And in 2025, I finally overcame another so-called “impossible” chronic condition: a severe hormonal imbalance that caused years of physical, mental, and emotional pain. Again, by healing my unconscious patterns.
Through my own recovery and years of coaching high achievers chasing “ultimate success,” I noticed the same mistakes again and again.
And every time we fixed them, the results were the same, people began making the impossible, possible.
I went from suicidality and debilitated to skiing every day possible in 2025. Clients have been headhunted without ever writing a CV. They’ve gone from earning under £40K to £75K+ within 12 months. One client went from quitting or taking sick leave to leading a full company restructure in under a year.
That’s when it became obvious: to deliver exceptional results, you really only need to do three things:
Know in detail who your highest self is. Your goals, values, inner drivers, and aligned daily/weekly actions.
Know where you are now, and how you’re unintentionally fuelling your own stagnation.
Take consistent, aligned action and design your life to match your highest self.
That’s it.
But if it’s this simple… why isn’t everyone rising to the top in their chosen career?
Well, it’s because without being asked the right questions in a space carved out for reflection… they keep doing the same things that are holding them back, over and over again.
Most people can’t spot the root problem keeping them stuck and follow outdated advice that overcomplicates it. They chase shiny things, don’t care how long it takes because they’re being paid either way, or try to implement generic self-help books without a system or accountability.
So instead of following a proven, step-by-step method, they waste time and energy (and money) spinning their wheels.

Scaling fast, managing sales, international expansion, and operational complexity is exhausting.
Yet I often hear execs say, “I just need to push through this next phase, then I’ll rest.” It’s a familiar trap: sacrificing health, energy, and recovery in the name of performance.
But performance psychology tells a different story:
Mental fatigue is the number one performance stopper, even Tour de France cyclists underperform when cognitive load rises, no matter how fit they are (I have a great research story on this). The same applies in leadership: fatigue erodes decision quality, creativity, results and culture.
Drawing on a decade of coaching CEOs, HR Directors, Finance leaders, and elite athletes (US paraclimbers, Allan Hovda, and others I can’t name due to confidentiality), I will help your execs identify their core 1–3 values.
These act as their personal north stars, which guide every decision and action. As Cognite CEO and founder John Markus Lervik says, these are the foundations of sustainable high performance: protecting the most important asset, you.

Many execs are challenged with culture, growth, hiring and talent retention. Often, the missing link that gets overlooked is state: how you show up under pressure directly shapes how your team/s performs, communicates, and connects.
If you’re running on fumes or constantly reacting to urgent tasks, even the best strategies for culture, engagement, and growth become nearly impossible to implement effectively.
I’ve seen entire cultures shift 180° when leaders change the energy and mindset they bring into the office.
For example, one Norwegian executive at a large startup was on the brink of quitting due to burnout and an unsustainable work environment.
Through coaching, she learned to lead and live from her best self. Within twelve months, the CEO and board were replaced, she built her dream executive team, and they’ve now closed multi-million dollar investor and grant.
About five staff shared how grateful they were, having sought psychological support to navigate the old environment. The team is now thriving, and she led that turnaround.
The biggest mistake I see is assuming you’ll become your best leader simply by continuing in your career. That’s a slow and uncertain path to growth.
Instead, we start by looking 1–2 years into the future: What has that version of yourself achieved? How do they make decisions? How do they lead?
From there, we translate that future self into a high-performance process, identifying 1–6 key actions for the next 90 days. We define what low and high performance looks like for each action and establish a tracking system.
This approach cuts through chaos, distractions, and competing priorities, ensuring execs know exactly how to show up as their best every day, and what to do if they wobble. This directly impacts leadership effectiveness and daily decision-making.
