We kick-off your team’s journey with an audit. This takes up to 3-weeks as we dive deep.
First, a thoughtful in-depth questionnaire is sent to all members.
Second, I interview key leaders and some or all team members.
You receive a full report that pinpoints your stuckness, defines the best version of your team and identifies key team and individual goals.
Think of this stage as creating a road map for your team’s transformation journey. -
This is where the recurring training sessions begin. Following the audit, we’ll work together over 3+ months.
