Training is done online or in-person, and across a timeline that works for your team.

  • We kick-off your team’s journey with a Champion Audit. This takes up to 3-weeks as we dive deep.

    First, I interview your key coach.

    Second, I send out a thoughtful in-depth questionnaire is sent to all members.

    You receive a full report that pinpoints your stuckness, defines the best version of your team and identifies key team and individual goals.

    Think of this stage as creating a road map for your team’s transformation journey.

  • This is where the recurring coaching sessions begin. Following the Champion Audit, we’ll work together over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

    I help your athletes reprogram their brains to transform them into their best self, supporting them in taking responsibility for themselves and empowering their team mates.

    Together, we cultivate a high performing team mindset by focusing on defining purpose, values and cultivating a positive, high performing culture.

  • Once we reach your Champion Graduation, we’ll have a up to 90-minute Champion wrap up session to celebrate all of your amazing transformations and goals, and chat about how you’d love to move forward to ensure you stay on track.

  • As time progresses after your Champion Graduation and you install your new team Champion mindset, one of the best ways to stay laser-focused and continue to drive team and company growth in the best way possible, is through accountability. We can discuss what this will best look like for you and your team during your Wrap Up Session.
