Who I’ve worked with:

“I improved 30 minutes in my 70.3 time, I broke every other PR that I had on my list despite being years older and more importantly, in my life, I felt more confident and this new winning mindset helped me land a new job.”

Client: Ives, Finance Director, Triathlete, Father

You’ve poured everything into your career, but life doesn’t feel as good as you expected…

  • Fear, stress, or self-doubt are holding you back from leading at your best

  • You stay silent in meetings, feel incompetent, get bulldozed and struggle to speak clearly and confidently

  • Your career has been your lifelong crutch when life has been challenging

  • You’ve neglected your health, marriage, relationships, and who you are outside work

Tired of missing out on all the important moments and not having fun anymore?

Real success is growing your career and your life in sync, not sacrificing one for the other.

I know this all too well.

For years, I chased my career. But it didn’t make me successful — it made me really ill. Bedridden. Housebound. For years.

A top London doctor eventually diagnosed me with severe chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME) and told me:

“Your life is going to get worse. There is no cure.”

I refused to accept that.

So I attacked the problem head-on and tried every treatment, every specialist. Followed advice from influencers and coaches.

Nothing changed.

Until I found a brain training approach based on neuroscience and psychology.

The idea was simple: your brain is like a muscle.

The neuropathways you use the most get stronger, faster and become your default. And just like muscles, the ones you don’t use, get weaker and harder to use.

I finally understood that my brain was stuck running the same negative loop on repeat: "I'm so tired".

That thought triggered exhaustion and pain, which triggered more "I'm so tired" thoughts. Round and round I went. Trapped.

I learned how to interrupt that pattern and rebuild my neuropathways.

The results were fast. From barely functioning to CrossFit, hiking Everest Basecamp, to standing on an Ironman podium. I thought I was cured.

But the old patterns crept back. I realised I’d put duct tape on a leaking pipe. Not a permanent fix.

So I went deeper.

I studied how beliefs, identity, nervous system state, self-talk, and trauma shape performance, happiness and health.

My MSc Sport Performance Psychology showed me how to refine, optimise and personalise performance.

I learned how to create change that actually holds, even when life gets messy, pressured, or uncertain.

I ripped the duct tape off and fixed that leaking pipe permanently.

I know you're not chronically fatigued. But you're likely running your own version of the loop I was stuck in.

An automatic default that's kept you surviving, but not joyful. Successful, but limited. Performing, but never quite achieving your potential.

Esther Wheeler works full-time as a leader and took the Yukon River Quest women's record by five hours. Here's how she describes the work.

From coaching 500+ leaders, athletes and teams, I’ve seen the same heartbreaking story play out.

They chase their career by working harder and longer, sacrificing the things that matter to them. They:

  • Watch their children's faces fall when they miss another football game for a "critical" project review.

  • Feel their spouse's cold shoulder in bed after cancelling date night for the third time this month.

  • See their passions extinguished under the weight of endless to-do lists.

  • Wipe away tears before entering the office, knowing they must make themselves pleasing to avoid unfair treatment from male colleagues.

But still, bigger roles and salaries, or true recognition still feel out of reach.

What actually works is spotting hidden unconscious patterns and negative loops, and building new life-enhancing patterns and positive loops. Just like athletes do to perform at their best.

“I’ve been offered another promotion! I’Il now deliver £3million+ of projects!

Now I’ve had a £36K package increase in the last 12 months! I can’t believe it!”

— Steven, Commercial Project Manager, Father, Athlete

Here’s how it’s worked for my clients:

→ One client watched his salary explode by £36K in 12 months with a new job and two promotions

→ The board personally chose my client to step into the CEO throne

→ In 2019, pro Ironman athlete Allan Hovda broke the Norwegian Ironman course record and placed second at the XTRI World Championships.

→ Helped US paraclimbers to multiple podiums and top 10 finishes. The climbers commented they could not have performed as well without my guidance.

Squash Falconer is a keynote speaker, adventurer and world record holder, here’s how she describes the work we did together:

I can help you build the foundation for these kind of results in my 90-day 1:1 coaching programme.

  • Together, we’ll look at exactly where you want to be in 12 months from now.

  • We’ll identify what’s been holding you back.

  • Create a custom-made plan to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to get to.

This isn’t about working harder. Putting in more hours. Pushing through.

It’s about stopping the cycle of always feeling one step behind. And missing opportunities you deserve.

Instead, you will unlock confidence and clarity, presence and performance.

  • So you can lead at your highest level.

  • Have more impact in less time.

  • And still have energy for the people and moments that matter most.

You’ll become the leader trusted with Bigger decisions. Bigger roles. Bigger opportunities. Bigger salaries.

The one investors back, the board respects, teams rely on, and companies fight to keep.

  • You don’t just climb the ladder, you grow your career on your own terms.

  • You cultivate your energised, positive and high-performing teams.

  • Create fulfilling success in a feel good way.

  • You feel genuinely proud of who you are and the work you do.

  • And when the workday ends, you’re not the exhausted version of yourself anymore.

Because real success is building a career that fuels your ambition — and a life that feeds your soul.

Which is why my clients call me their “guiding north star”.

“Adelaide is the coach that guides you through the reshaping of your beliefs, convictions, and identity constructs, and makes real change happen on. the. spot. Not in weeks, months, or years. In a couple of freaking hours.

We’ve completely changed my relationship with food, my body, and my self-doubt. I’ve started running and eating healthy again. And it doesn’t feel like hard work - at all - cause all Adelaide’s done is help me mould my mind to help me achieve what I want to achieve.”

The 90-Day Leader Experience:

💎 Mental Performance Assessment

Before we design anything, we find out what's actually holding you back. Depending on your challenges and goals, the mental performance assessments can cover personality traits, anxiety, mental toughness and pressure responses.

It's the same individualised approach tested in peer-reviewed research with elite English cricketers and used by Manchester City's academy, where matching the training to the person outperformed generic, one-size-fits-all programmes.

💎 Bespoke Performance Plan

Built from the assessment, not a template.

We design the training practices and interventions around your specific mix of goals, personality traits, performance breakdowns, pressure responses, and high-pressure working environment.

💎 Bi-Weekly 90-Minute Private Sessions

Each session, we take whatever is blocking your performance and wellbeing, solve what we can in the room, and map the next two weeks onto the wider plan. You leave lighter and stronger than you arrived.

💎 Bespoke Visualisations

Personalised visualisations to help you feel calmer under pressure, sleep more deeply, sharpen focus, and rehearse your best performance before you reach the challenging situation.

We’ll also use them to create habits and mindset patterns that help you embody your happiest, healthiest, strongest self. My clients love them.

💎 Direct Access Between Sessions

Direct access to me Monday to Friday for fast decisions and problem-solving. No waiting around for answers.

💎 Weekly Accountability

Curated check-ins, custom reminders and accountability systems matched to your goals. Progress compounds instead of stalling between sessions.

💎 Mission Log After Each Session

Summary of the session with clear actions and deadlines.

Assessments, conversations, check-ins etc. are all run through a private online portal, so nothing gets lost in email threads. In the portal, everything stays private and is encrypted.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Clients Say

My clarity is so much better now. I still face detours, but regain my focus more easily. It’s tough, but your support has helped me reconnect with my inner strength and perspective. I’ll handle whatever comes my way!
— Silje, Head of HR, Norwegian Startup

Adelaide helped me grab my goals with both hands, racing extreme endurance events and building my business. Articulating my values, refining goals and outcomes made 2022 one of my defining years. I turned to Adelaide again this year when seeking assistance in determining a big scary goal for work and play as I turn 60. I pull on the skills I learnt most days.
— Denise Wilson, Director and Endurance Adventure Athlete

I have learned an awful lot from Adelaide, especially around how I was essentially self sabotaging myself, telling myself things which weren’t ever going to enhance my performance and almost derailing myself.

I’ve managed to put a stop to the majority of that kind of negative self talk.

I’ve also worked with Adelaide to set performance goals in my career, sport and relationships.

We have looked at how I want to live my life on a day-to-day basis and created a vision for that.

I have come away feeling a lot more happy and confident in what I’m doing, finding it easier to make decisions about what I want to do and what comes next for me.

I’m feeling and living my life being happier, healthier and more consistent in my daily habits.
— Cat Hine, University Lecturer and Athlete

Last year I was at a point where I felt that my training had plateaued, that I wasn’t seeing any further results despite training every day and doing everything according to plan.

So after I met Adelaide, I thought that the next big thing, and actually should have been the first to be honest, is my mindset.

So speaking with her, I learned some techniques to how I should change the way I talk to myself, the way I set goals and the way I structure my mind in general.

She will teach you very simple and useful techniques.

I can speak for some results for myself that for example, I improved 30 minutes in my 70.3 time, I broke every other PR that I had on my list despite being years older and more importantly in my life, I felt more confident I had a new job.
— Financial Director and Triathlete

I was struggling keeping focus and do the right things at work and in archery.

Adelaide taught me to keep things simple and easy, what things to stop and how to focus and do the right tasks.

I am more relaxed when shooting and have tools to handle stuff better at work.

You will learn about yourself and how you should do things.
— CEO and Archer

Adelaide has helped me find a better balance between family, work and triathlon.

I’ve seen progress in managing stress in life and ensuring focus on the right task at the right time.

Adelaide’s coaching has helped me focus on a growth mindset in both sport and life.
— Military leader, father and triathlete

Working with Adelaide helped me to define the key aspects of my current work role, allowed me to fully focus on these areas, enabled me to become more productive and efficient in my day to day job and freed time to focus on my personal development.

Reframing my thinking and the way I speak to myself about key aspects of my personal and professional life has allowed me to achieve my goals and feel much more fulfilled. The tools and learnings have become invaluable to me.
— Scientist and CrossFitter
