My career began when I was told no.

In 2009, my life buckled to my personal health. After a deterioration in both mental and physical health, I was diagnosed with severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The condition forced me to withdraw from university. I was plagued by an fatigue that knew no limit. No matter how much I slept, I never felt energized. Doctors told me I would feel this way for the rest of my life. I felt lost, but refused to accept my fate.

Through my own journey and the journeys of my clients, I’ve learned that your physical self has limits, but with the right path, your mindset can help you accomplish the unbelievable.

Determined to overcome my lifelong sentence of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I delved into alternative medicine and nutrition, experimenting on myself to find a solution. After years of countless trials with little success, I discovered The Phil Parker Institute. Through their methodology, I harnessed the powerful tools of neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis and life coaching to rewire my brain for the life I wanted.

While my training was just three days, it transformed my life. I went from nearly bedridden to being a regular cross-fitter, adventurer, and international traveler. In 2017, seven years after my initial diagnosis date, I committed to a year-long training program and became an Ironman. I swam 2.4 miles, cycled 112 miles, and ran 22.6 miles in 13 hours 58 minutes.

Now, I’m an international speaker and performance coach for pro and amateur athletes. I extend your training to sharpen the most under-utilised tool at your disposal: your brain. I will teach you how to consistently push your limits both in and outside of your sport, stack the odds in your favour, achieve your full potential and take your happiness and life satisfaction to whole new levels.
