A quick note from me!

I started the Ultimate Mindset Transformation Bootcamp in lieu of lockdown 2.0, as something crazy fun to empower athletes to finish the year on a high!

It was my first time running a mindset bootcamp, but my sports performance career began when I was told no.  

In 2009, my life buckled to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, an extreme fatigue that knew no limit. Doctors told me I’d feel this way forever. I refused to accept my fate and a few years later, I learnt how to rewire my brain. My life transformed overnight.

My vision was to create a platform where my members continued to transform their mindset and achieve epic wins.
