This week on Staying Wild, I sat down with the incomparable Natalia Komis. A multi-dimensional healer, business mentor, and living testament to what’s possible when you surrender to your body’s wisdom and the wild rhythms of nature.
What started as a conversation about healing turned into a deep dive into intuition, resilience, healing and the art of living a fully expressed, fulfilling life.
From Burnout to Breakthrough
Natalia’s story is one of fierce self-discovery. She opens up about her journey through chronic fatigue.
Instead of settling for surface-level fixes the Doctors offered her, she turned inward. Learning to listen to her body, her emotions, and the quiet whispers of her intuition.
Through that journey, she discovered that the signals we often dismiss (exhaustion, stress, disconnection) aren’t burdens. They’re invitations. Clues pointing us toward the changes we need to make to return to vitality and joy.

Natalia shares how she deepened her relationship with the natural world, embracing what she calls elemental healing — connecting with the physical, energetic, and etheric layers of our existence.
