Masterclass | Who are you without the hustle?

Welcome to the first ever Staying Wild masterclass on the pod. We’re diving deep into a question that stops ambitious women in their tracks:

In this solo masterclass (with a special cameo from my Husky co-host Woolfie), we’re unsubscribing from the toxic propaganda tying your self-worth to your job title, your earnings, or how much you're grinding.

This episode is a permission slip to opt out of burnout, self-sabotaging autopilot, and sacrificing your sanity for success.

Let’s start living your life on your own unapologetic terms.

We explore:

  • The propaganda high-achieving women are finally ditching

  • The identity crisis that hits when the hustle stops

  • The “triangle of transformation” (doing, being, and belief systems)

  • Why your results aren’t changing — even with new habits

  • The invisible architecture underneath your burnout: beliefs + identities

  • The one belief or identity you can shift today to step into your Wild Self

This is for the outwardly successful woman, but who’s inwardly burning out.

It’s time to stop outsourcing your worth to your performance and success. Let’s unlearn the hustle, reclaim your wild.

Key Takeaways:

  • Your beliefs are not facts. Start choosing ones that serve your future.

  • Burnout isn’t always fixed with habits. Identity and belief shifts drive true change.

  • You are not the crazy one. You’re just awake in a system built on over-functioning.

  • You can change your life faster than you think. Neuroplasticity is real and powerful.

  • One belief, one shift, one breath — that’s all it takes to begin.

Welcome to Staying Wild: The Podcast That’s Here to Rewrite the Rules

Hello Wild Ones, and welcome to the very first podcast episode of Staying Wild!

Hosted by Adelaide Goodeve (and occasionally co-hosted by her sassy husky, Wolfie), this podcast is for anyone who's ever been told to "tone it down," "follow the rules," or "settle for a life that doesn’t light you up." Spoiler: we’re not doing that here.

This episode lays the foundation for what’s to come. You’ll hear why Staying Wild was born, who it’s for, and how this show might just be the spark that changes your life.

Why This Podcast Exists

Adelaide’s mission is personal. After being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) as a teenager, she was told—by the best doctors in London—that she’d be bedridden for life. She didn’t accept that.

Instead, she tapped into something deeper: a wild inner voice that insisted more was possible. This show is an invitation to listen to your wild voice—the part of you that doesn’t settle, doesn’t play small, and isn’t here to live a life of “shoulds.”

What to Expect Each Week

  • Masterclasses: Solo episodes where Adelaide dives into a high-impact mindset or nervous system strategy (10–20 mins).

  • Guest Interviews: 30+ minute conversations with inspiring leaders, coaches, creatives, and athletes who are living their wild life.

  • Wild Dilemmas: Your chance to submit questions or sticky situations—Adelaide will help you untangle them, Bond-glam style.

  • Bonus “Wild Thursday” Episodes: A more unfiltered, behind-the-scenes riff. Think: voice notes from the heart, vulnerable shares, and possibly some Wolfie howls.

The Origin Story

Adelaide shares her raw, powerful journey from being too weak to brush her teeth… to completing Ironmans, becoming a high-performance coach, and skiing the fjords of Norway.

She talks about the life-changing moment she discovered neuroplasticity—the science of how we can rewire our brains—and how tools like the Lightning Process helped her reclaim her health and identity.

But it wasn’t a straight line. Adelaide also opens up about her battle with PMDD—a hormonal condition that hijacked her mind, body, and nearly her will to live. It's vulnerable. It's real. And it’s a masterclass in resilience.

Why "Staying Wild"?

Because staying wild means:

  • Listening to the voice within, not the noise around you

  • Choosing aligned action over fear-based comfort

  • Living a life rooted in freedom, fun, and unapologetic truth

You’ll hear stories of transformation from people who’ve done the impossible and you’ll get the tools to do it yourself. Whether you’re a burnt-out high achiever, an adventurer in disguise, or someone quietly craving more, Staying Wild is your permission slip to come home to yourself.
